The Vietnamese-born pickleball brand "Facolos"—you want to get one from Japan, but even when you search, the official online store is in English or you can't find stock, and plenty of people are left puzzled. This article organizes, all in one place, how to reliably buy Facolos paddles in Japan—where to buy, price guides, the flow from order to receipt, and what to check before buying.
What Is Facolos? A Value-Oriented Vietnamese-Born Pickleball Brand
With a design featuring the "F" logo, it's drawing attention from Japanese players too for itshigh value for moneyで注目を集めています。 ベトナム勢のパドル全体を見比べたい場合は、the review of the Vietnamese brand VNiandthe Facolos model-by-model guide.
Shops Where You Can Buy Facolos Paddles in Japan [At a Glance]
The routes to get Facolos in Japan broadly fall into two: "specialty online shops" and "physical stores." First, let's check the differences at a glance.
| Purchase Route | Format | Features | Who It's For |
|---|---|---|---|
| PICKLEBALL ONE STORE | Specialty Online Shop | Warranty and shipping terms are clearly stated, and stock is easy to check | People who want to check stock and buy within Japan |
| Pickleball-Only Physical Store | In-Store | You can actually try the weight and grip. Stock tends to fluctuate | People who want to pick it up in hand and choose |
| Sourcing From Overseas | Forwarding · Purchasing Agent | The official store often isn't set up for direct overseas shipping, and the burden of forwarding/agents plus shipping, customs duties and lead times tends to be heavy | People determined to get a model not available in Japan |
Specialty Online Shop "PICKLEBALL ONE STORE"
When looking for Facolos in Japan, a candidate where it's easy to check stock domestically is the pickleball specialty online shop "PICKLEBALL ONE STORE". Operated by the specialist media "Pickleball one," it carries overseas brands including Facolos. Since the official guidance clearly states terms like warranty, free-shipping thresholds and shipping speed, it's easy to feel reassured even for a first overseas-brand purchase. The models carried and the latest prices and stock change over time, so check with the shop before ordering.
Pick It Up in Hand at a Physical Store
For those who want to "decide by actually holding it," there's also the option of a pickleball-only physical store. For example, the specialty store "SANNO SPORTS" that opened near Daitabashi Station on the Keio line is known as a store handling a wide variety of paddles. However, it doesn't necessarily keep Facolos in stock at all times, so it's safest to inquire about availability before visiting. In-store, the big advantage is being able to check the weight and grip feel while consulting with the staff.
Price Guide and Points to Check Before Buying
Price Range and Comparison With Other Brands
5 Points to Check Before Buying
When buying Facolos for the first time, checking these 5 points will make it harder to go wrong.
- Paddle thickness: thicker for control-focused, thinner for power-focused—does it match your aim
- Weight and grip: does it suit your playing style and hand size
- Warranty scope and period: how much, and for how many days, is covered
- Shipping and lead time: total cost and schedule including free-shipping thresholds and days to arrival
The Flow From Order to Receipt [4 Steps]
For online purchases, the flow from order to arrival is simple. Shipping speed and free-shipping conditions differ by shop, so do a final check on the order screen.
Check the thickness, weight and stock of the model you want at the shop, and add it to your cart.
Check whether you meet the free-shipping threshold, then confirm your order.
Check the face, edge guard and grip for damage or initial defects.
What to Check After Receipt
Once the paddle arrives, first check its condition. Carefully look over the face, edge and grip for damage in transit or initial defects. If there's any issue, the golden rule is to contact the sellerwithin the warranty period. Also give it a few light practice swings to check the grip feel, and if needed, swap thegrip tapeto your liking so you can play comfortably from the very first use.
Facolos Paddle Technology and Features
The Structure of the Elite X Series
Facolos's flagship "Elite X" is a new series evolved from the old Elite. In the official specs, the face uses a raw-carbon-type material with heightened roughness to make spin easier to apply, and the core uses a high-elasticity polypropylene-type honeycomb to absorb impact and stabilize the feel. On top of that, thermoforming is used to tune durability and how force is transmitted. If you want to know more about core-structure differences, check outthe paddle core material comparison, too.
How to Choose by Playing Style
If you want more power, a thinner model is also an option.
FAQ
Facolos

How can I buy a model that's out of stock in Japan?
If a domestic shop is out of stock, you can also source it from overseas using a forwarding service or purchasing agent.
