東京・豊洲に、屋外ハードコート4面の「PICKLEBALL PARK TOYOSU」が2026年9月9日にオープンする。事業主体は株式会社Mellow、企画運営は株式会社ピックルボールワン、協賛はTBSホールディングス・三井不動産・KINTOの3社という立て付けだ。TBSと三井不動産にとっては、2024年4月から共同で進めるピックルボール普及プロジェクトの第6弾にあたる。
日本のプレーヤーから見た肝は、月会費で縛られずに1回ごと予約して打てる屋外コートが、都心の駅近に恒常的な形で増える点だ。夏休みの体験会や数カ月限定のポップアップではなく、朝6時から夜22時まで年間を通して開くコートが、日々の練習場所として選択肢に入る。
「都内初」はブランドの話で、専用コートとしては都内3カ所目
報道では「都内初」の語が目立つが、発表文に戻ると条件がついている。三井不動産の発表文にあるのは「両社が展開する『PICKLEBALL PARK』ブランドの都内初となる常設コート」という表現で、主語は東京都ではなくブランドだ。「PICKLEBALL PARK」はTBSと三井不動産の両社が展開している。
企画運営のピックルボールワンは同日付の自社発表で「本施設の開設により、当社が都内で運営するピックルボール専用コート施設は3施設に」と書いている。同社はすでに『ピックルボールワン銀座新橋』を運営し、『Sansanピックルボールコート池袋』の運営パートナーでもある。つまり豊洲は、都内で初のピックルボール常設専用コートではなく、同社にとって都内3カ所目にあたる。同社の定義では「専用コート施設」はピックルボール専用に常設されたコートを備える施設を指し、テニスコートや体育館との兼用、時間貸しの間借りは含まない。
Open 6:00 to 22:00, four outdoor courts three minutes from Shin-Toyosu Station
The site sits inside THE DOG PARK TOYOSU, a mixed-use facility in Toyosu 6-chome, Koto Ward. The location shares ground with a dog area, but the court side has four outdoor hard courts with floodlights, so weekday evenings and early mornings both work. From 6:00 to 9:00 it runs unstaffed, built around operations that do not assume anyone on site.
There is no parking, so getting there means the train. Three minutes on foot from Shin-Toyosu Station and eight from Toyosu Station suits hitting for an hour on the way home from work.

赤坂Sacasのポップアップから、TBSと三井不動産は常設へ踏み込んだ
TBSと三井不動産の普及プロジェクトは、これまで期間限定の設置と大会運営を軸に動いてきた。赤坂Sacas広場やCOREDO室町テラス、三井アウトレットパーク木更津、MIYASHITA PARKといった両社ゆかりの場所でポップアップコートを出し、企業対抗の「ピックルボール&BIZ CUP」には約130社が参加している。プロツアーの「PPA ASIA 500 Sansan TOKYO OPEN 2026 Produced by TBS」はTBSが主催し、三井不動産が事業共創パートナーとして参画した。
今回はその延長線上で、ブランドとして初めて都内に「常設」を据えた。発表文は同じ「PICKLEBALL PARK」の名で、三井不動産グループが運営するNEMU RESORT（三重県志摩市）にも10面のコートを備えた「PICKLEBALL PARK NEMU RESORT」を展開するとしており、都市とリゾートの2本立てでブランドを広げる構えだ。ポップアップを出して撤収する段階から、日常的に通える拠点を持つ段階へ、取り組みの置き場所が移っている。
7カ月限定の渋谷、会員制の豊洲屋内、そして都度利用の屋外
Over the past six months, courts in Tokyo have split clearly by format. In Shibuya, in the basement of the Tobu Hotel,a glowing indoor court is lit for a seven-month run, and in the same Toyosu area,The Picklr Toyosu, with its 66,000-yen-a-month membership,is running indoors. One is a short-term installation built for buzz, the other an indoor model that locks players in with a monthly fee.
PICKLEBALL PARK TOYOSU sits between them with a third format: outdoor, pay-per-use, long opening hours. There is no roof, but there are more courts, and it runs on single bookings rather than monthly dues. With a membership indoor site and a pay-per-use outdoor site side by side in Toyosu, players can pick a venue by purpose.
More pay-per-use outdoor courts widen the door for beginners
The practical gain for readers in Japan is a lower barrier to starting. A membership indoor club is cheap for people who go often, but the first payment is heavy for someone who only wants to try. Book a single outdoor court and you can start lightly: bring a friend who owns no gear and play for 90 minutes. In Inagi, too,the courts at Frespo Wakabadai go from a limited spring run to permanent in September, and decisions to keep pay-per-use outdoor courts continue around the country.
Being outdoors brings its own weak points. Midsummer hard courts throw back harsh glare, and during the unstaffed hours before 9:00 there is nobody on site if something goes wrong. Because the lights are there, play tends to bunch into the cooler early morning and evening. Whether it sticks as a permanent facility will show in how full the slots get in midsummer and midwinter.
