Collin Johns

Collin Johnsis an American professional pickleball player from Laytonsville, Maryland. He is the older brother, and his younger brotherBen Johnsis also known as the greatest player in pickleball history. As a former pro tennis player, he competed for five years and recorded career highs of 978th in the world in ATP singles and 939th in doubles.

From tennis to pickleball

As an assistant coach for the Florida Gulf Coast University tennis team, he led it to the 2019 Atlantic Sun Conference title and an NCAA tournament appearance. He started pickleball in spring 2018 and debuted at the 2019 US Open, reaching the men's pro singles semifinals.

Off-court activity

Together with his brother Ben and Dekel Bar, he co-founded the instructional video service "Pickleball 360." He is also active as a coach developer and columnist for the Professional Pickleball Registry, contributing to the growth of pickleball education.
