Okinawa Comprehensive Athletic Park Gymnasium (Okinawa City) | A main club venue

Facility overview

The gymnasium at Okinawa Comprehensive Athletic Park is a public facility in Okinawa City, used as one of the main venues for pickleball clubs.

Features of the Indoor Court

In the large indoor arena, you can play without worrying about the weather. You can take part with just sports shoes, and equipment is often provided by the club.

Usage Guide

Fees and Reservations

It's roughly 300 yen per session (including court and equipment fees). Because the venue changes with reservation availability, check the club's announcements before taking part.

Access and Contact

It's located at 5-3-1 Hiyagon, Okinawa City, Okinawa. Check each facility's official information for detailed directions and the latest reservation methods and fees.

Enjoy It at a Circle or Regular Session

Casually with Fellow Players

Regular sessions and circles held at venues such as public facilities are places where you can casually play with local fellow players. Many groups welcome beginners, and some also lend out equipment.

Check How to Participate

Because it is held by renting a facility rather than a permanent dedicated court, it is best to check the dates, venue, and how to participate in the organizer's announcements.

For First-Timers

The Rules Are Simple

Because pickleball has a small court and rallies continue easily, it can be enjoyed regardless of age or exercise experience. First, join a practice session and experience the atmosphere.

What to Bring

Easy-to-move-in clothes and, indoors, non-marking shoes provide peace of mind. Having a drink ready also makes it comfortable.

Enjoy Pickleball in Okinawa
