Nagasaki Stadium City Pickleball Courts are outdoor courts inside Nagasaki Stadium City in Nagasaki. They sit on the rooftop of the clubhouse adjacent to HAPPINESS ARENA, and are five courts renewed in July 2025.
Five open-air outdoor courts on the rooftop of Stadium City. Paddles and balls are available to borrow, so you can use them empty-handed.
The usage fee is roughly 500 yen per court per hour on weekdays and 800 yen on weekends and holidays. Hours are roughly 10:00 to 22:00; check the official information for reservation methods.

Outdoor courts let you play freely in an open environment. At facilities with night lighting, use after sunset is also possible.
Because it is outdoors, having a hat, sunglasses, and a drink as measures against strong sunlight and wind makes it comfortable. Because availability may change in rainy weather, check in advance.
The dink (a soft, dropping shot) in the non-volley zone (kitchen) near the net is the key to tactics. Being mindful of control rather than power shots makes it easier to seize the initiative in a rally.
Going to the same court regularly deepens coordination with opponents and partners and speeds up improvement. Because it is a doubles-centered sport, making friends is also part of the fun.
