Roscoe Bellamy is a professional pickleball player from Pacific Palisades, California. He was born and raised in a tennis family: his father founded the Tennis Channel and his mother was a pro tennis player. As a junior he held a national No. 1 ranking, but he fractured his spine at 15 and underwent surgery on both hips while at UCLA.
Career and record
In December 2022, during a family trip to Hawaii, his mother introduced him to pickleball, and he took up the sport in earnest. He switched to pickleball in early 2023 and now ranks 6th in the world in PPA Tour men's singles. With six career medals, he won his first PPA Tour title by beating Hunter Johnson 11-9, 5-11, 11-3.

His hallmarks are a powerful serve, sharp instincts, and relentless energy. Known as one of the most aggressive and exciting players on the PPA Tour, he thrives across men's singles, men's doubles, and mixed doubles.
