Pablo Tellez is a PPA Tour pro from Colombia. He played college tennis at the University of West Florida and won the NCAA DII National Championship in 2017. He has an unusual background: in December 2019, with no pickleball experience, he registered for a pro tournament by chance, lost every match, and that sparked him to take up the sport in earnest. He is now based in Naples, Florida.

As of March 2026 he had played 93 pro tournaments and posted a 57.7% career win rate over 707 matches. In PPA Tour doubles he is a 6th seed and thrives paired with Dekel Bar. In MLP (Major League Pickleball) he competes as a member of the Brooklyn Aces. He has built a solid position as a talent among the PPA Tour top 10.

Play style

His weapon is the powerful ground strokes built in tennis. He excels especially at drive-type shots, with high attacking power from the baseline. With an aggressive style he shows a strong presence in doubles as well.
