Dylan Frazier

Profile

Dylan Frazier is a 22-year-old (as of 2025) professional pickleball player from Ashland, Missouri. He is a rare figure as the only top-10 pro without a tennis background. As a boy he mainly played baseball, and also took up basketball and football. In 2016, at age 14, while visiting his grandparents in Punta Gorda, Florida, his mother introduced him to pickleball.

Career and record

From June to September 2024 he reached world No. 1 in men's doubles. He won men's doubles at the April 2024 US Open (Naples). After winning the PPA Orange County Cup with JW Johnson, he passed Ben Johns to become No. 1 in the PPA Tour men's doubles rankings. Once a 3.5-level player, he grew rapidly to climb to the top pro ranks. He also competes on the pro tour while enrolled in college to earn a business management degree.

Play style

Precisely because he has no tennis background, his style is purely pickleball-bred. He excels at outstanding hand speed and reflexes at the net, with particular strength in partner coordination in doubles.
