What Is the APP Tour? -- The Other Major Tour Alongside the PPA
The APP (Association of Pickleball Players) Tour is one of North American pickleball's two major pro tours, alongside the PPA (Professional Pickleball Association) Tour. Its defining feature is more open eligibility, with a wide range of players from amateurs to pros taking part. There are many prize-money tournaments too, and it also plays a gateway role for young players aiming to go pro.
