The PB1 CUP 2026 Tohoku Qualifier is a regional qualifier of the "PB1 CUP," in which representatives who win through the eight-area qualifiers nationwide compete for Japan's No. 1. Held at the Taiwa Town General Sports Park in Taiwa Town, Miyagi Prefecture, it is open to those living or working in Aomori, Iwate, Miyagi, Akita, Yamagata, and Fukushima.

Tournament format
Held in three categories — Open, 35+, and 50+ — with a capacity of 50 in each category. It is an individual-entry format where partners are randomly formed each match, and the entry fee is 7,000 yen per person (tax included). The top men and women in each category advance to the national tournament in Tokyo. Applications are accepted via the official entry form.
