In Shinbashi, an indoor pickleball facility usable from morning to night has been born.“PICKLEBALL ONE GINZA SHIMBASHI,” Tokyo's first urban-type indoor pickleball facility, opened on November 1, 2025, on B1F of the Uchisaiwaicho Heiwa Building, a 3-minute walk from Shinbashi Station. The courts are open from 6:00 to 23:00 on weekdays and weekends and holidays alike, becoming an urban base where you can play before heading to work or on the way home.

The facility is on B1F of the Uchisaiwaicho Heiwa Building at 1-5-2 Uchisaiwaicho, Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo. It's a 3-minute walk from Shinbashi Station and can be accessed through an underground passage. The hotel “Mercure Tokyo Hibiya” is attached on the upper floors of the building. Reservations began on October 22, 2025.

The biggest feature is the length of the hours. The courts are open from 6:00 to 23:00 regardless of weekday or weekend and holiday. The shop is open from 10:00 to 21:00. Open play is, per person per hour, 2,000 yen on weekday mornings, 2,500 yen on weekday afternoons, 2,500 yen on weekend and holiday mornings, and 3,000 yen on weekend and holiday afternoons. Paddle and shoe rentals are also available.

The facility is owned and held by Heiwa Real Estate Inc. (representative executive president Kiyoyuki Tsuchimoto). The operating partner is Pickleball One Inc. (representative director Shusaku Kumakura). Lessons are scheduled to start in sequence from January 2026 onward, and open play from December onward. It also has a specialty shop, drink sales, changing rooms, and showers.
