Emilia Schmidt is a professional pickleball player from Australia. A former tennis player, she was the No. 1 draft pick in the inaugural season of MLP Australia (Major League Pickleball Australia), a highly watched young talent. She has now moved her base to the US and is pursuing a pro career in earnest.

Career and record

In June 2025 she completed her first Triple Crown at APP Next. That July she won her first APP silver medal at the Newport Beach Open. She then completed a second Triple Crown at the APP Next San Antonio event, sweeping all three events in competition with America's top young players. She has gone on to post the astonishing record of three straight Triple Crowns.

Play style

Her play is marked by an aggressive style that makes use of the high-level skill and physical strength honed in tennis. She is highly regarded as an all-rounder who can handle everything from singles to doubles.
