Yana Grechkina (married name: Newell)is a professional pickleball player from Vladimir, Russia. She now lives in Kansas City, Missouri. On the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) women's tennis team, she contributed to championship wins in two straight years, 2018 and 2019. She majored in accounting and business management.

Switching to pickleball
She discovered pickleball as a weekend pastime during college and decided to turn pro as her tennis career ended. As of May 2025 she had played 50 tournaments, building a career of 403 matches.
On-court and off-court activity
Alongside her work as a pro player,PPA Tourshe has a unique career working as an accountant. Her husband Ben Newell is also a pro pickleball player, and they are known as a couple who thrive both on and off the court. She is also active as a member of the Chicken N Pickle pro team.
