Will MacKinnon is a 17-year-old (as of 2025) professional pickleball player from Santa Rosa, California. While a senior at Summerfield Waldorf School, he competes on the pro tour. After graduating high school, he plans to take a gap year and focus on his career as a professional pickleball player.<\/p>\n
At the PPA Rate Vegas Cup in October 2025 he paired with Los Angeles's Luc Pham to reach the doubles quarterfinals. He draws attention from multiple outlets as a 2026 breakout candidate. As of March 2026 he had played 15 pro tournaments and 51 matches with a 41.2% win rate. Steady results have yet to come, but his high potential is highly regarded by industry insiders.<\/p>\n
His hallmark is aggressive play that makes use of his youth and athleticism. He plays both singles and doubles, with particular growth expected in doubles.<\/p>\n
