A former top-5 Canadian junior tennis player, she is a well-rounded athlete who earned a pre-veterinary degree at Michigan State University.<\/p>\n<h2>From tennis to pickleball<\/h2>\n<p>She started tennis at age 4 and reached the national top 5 in Canadian junior tennis. After enrolling on the NCAA Division I tennis team at the University of Arkansas, she transferred to Michigan State.
