PX LEAGUE runs for seven months from October 2026 to April 2027, based at dedicated courts in Ikebukuro, where teams from six companies compete for the title on combined results across mixed-gender, multi-event play. Schedules, rules and the full list of participating companies are in the overview article; here the focus is on one owner, transcosmos. Among six companies that include an equipment maker, a broadcaster and a flea-market app, the entry of a firm whose core business is workforce operations stands out as different in character.<\/p>\n

The transcosmos team is namedtranscosmos NEXUS<\/strong>, a word meaning a central point where several things or matters intersect. The name draws on the company's purpose of connecting people to people, companies to society, and digital to physical, so the team name doubles as a business message.<\/p>\n\n

Tens of thousands of employees work in shifts, split across sites and job types. It is exactly this kind of distributed organization that most needs a shared topic and a sense of unity. Pickleball uses light equipment, has simple rules, and lets players adjust intensity. A sport where people can share a court across differences in age and athletic background suits a company holding multi-site, multigenerational staff as a device for pulling them together.<\/p>\n
