What players and organizers can take away<\/h2>\n

Three points stand out for Japanese players and organizers. First, an entry point works better when difficulty is separated by day. Not forcing beginners and experienced players into the same slot, and dividing by time and role instead, transfers directly to local taster sessions. Second, team competition motivates people to keep playing. Because a team needs recruiting in a way an individual draw does not, it pulls players past the one-and-done experience. Third, turning the event into a weekend outing with food and merchandise carries people with little interest in the sport into the building.<\/p>\n
