Rules and strokes are explained on the day, and a paddle demo runs alongside.<\/p>\n<h3>Details<\/h3>\n<p>It runs on October 3, 2026, in two parts, a morning session (10:30&#8211;11:50) and an afternoon session (13:00&#8211;14:20), each capped at six people. Entries are taken separately for each part. It is open to ages 10 and up, and minors and students must be accompanied by a guardian.<\/p>\n<h3>Fee and what to bring<\/h3>\n<p>Entry is free. Bring indoor shoes, a drink and clothes you can move in; paddles are lent out at no charge. The venue is the Okumatsushima Sports Park Gymnasium at 62-1 Kameoka, Nobiru, Higashimatsushima, Miyagi.
