Eight brands lined up by price and base
Brands that started in pickleball alone, veterans that came in from badminton and football, makers that have lived off exports. Indian paddles split cleanly by where they came from. We list the prices confirmed on each brand's official site and the results of a cross-check against the USA Pickleball approved list (as of 18 September 2026).

Only two brands hold USA Pickleball approval
We pulled every page of the USA Pickleball approved paddle list and, after removing duplicates, compared5,336 models and 1,382 manufacturersagainst the line-ups of the Indian brands (18 September 2026). Two brands matched all the way down to the model name.
- Hundred(HNDRD): 22 models. Phantom, Raptor, Zephyr, Spirit-X and Vigor 100, each in Wide and Extend and in 13mm and 16mm. Registered between February and April 2025. The cheapest N Force 40, and Spirit X variants such as Pop, Blast and Flow, are not on the list
- Nivia: K-3000 PRO (26 September 2025) and K-5000 PRO (24 November 2025), two models
We could not confirm registrations for Strokess, Gliderz, Airavat, Cosco or Vinex. The list does carry AQUA and SHADOW under the name “VECTOR X”, but no product of that name appears in the current line-up of India's Vector X, so we cannot establish they are the same maker and have not counted them.

Can you buy them from Japan?
No brand has an official distributor in Japan, as far as we could confirm. Strokess's official store (Shopify) does include Japan among its shipping destinations, however, and its shipping policy says it ships worldwide, with delivery in 10 to 15 days after dispatch (prices stay in rupees).
If you are thinking about sanctioned tournaments in Japan, the guide is whether the model is on the USA Pickleball approved list. As the cross-check above shows, only Hundred and Nivia are on it among the Indian brands.
Conversely, the overseas brands people actually buy in India come through specialist stores like these.
For companies · The equipment business in India
Selling a Japanese brand in India, making it in an Indian factory, partnering with a local brand. Meerut and Jalandhar have makers that have exported for decades, and paddle production sits on the same line.
The publisher is a co-founder of So Japan, a company that helps Japanese businesses enter India. Depending on what you ask about we may work with So Japan and share the content of your enquiry with them.
