When to apply
01
As soon as entries open: free listing
It takes a few days to appear in the list and on its own page, so it's best to send it as soon as entries open
02
3 weeks before the deadline: Featured Event / Recruitment Boost
The 2-week run can be timed to the last 2 weeks before your deadline
03
1 month before entries open: announcement + report articles
Interviews and writing take 2–3 weeks. The announcement article goes live at least 3 weeks before your entry deadline. The report article stays online, so you can use it to promote next year's event too

FAQ
Can weekly practice sessions be listed?
Yes. Recurring sessions get one page per venue and organizer; we don't create a page for each date. The schedule field reads like “1st and 3rd Saturday of each month, from 10:00”. If you prefer, we list your group's name instead of a personal name as the organizer.
The information listed is out of date.
Send the correct details via our contact form. We'll check and update the page. If you'd rather not be listed, we'll remove it.
What if a tournament is cancelled or postponed?
Let us know and we'll update the listing after checking. Featured Event and Recruitment Boost placements are rescheduled to match the new dates.
Can tournaments outside Japan be listed?
We accept free listings from organizers for tournaments and events held in Japan. International pro tours and similar events are selected and listed by our editors. If you'd like to announce a tournament in Vietnam or elsewhere abroad, contact us and we'll decide based on the details.
When and how do I pay?
We send an invoice before the start date. Please pay by bank transfer.
Once entries open, start with a free listing
The button below opens the form with “Tournament/event listing (free)” selected. Put the URL of your announcement in the message. If you want a paid plan, also tell us the plan name and your preferred start date.
